Guidelines

2. Children welcome
 

3. One dog 60 pounds or under are welcome/sorry…no cats

4. Dogs must be walked off the property to do their business and even though we are gated, they are not allowed to be off leash on the property at any time.
 

5. We recognize that travel time to the mountains will vary  and so we will remain flexible with check in/out  times.
 

6. This is not a party condo.  We ask that it be gently used with respect.  There are many full time occupants here.  The noise curfew for outdoor and indoor activities is between 8 a.m and 10pm. This includes loud televisions and music.  We kindly ask all of our occupants to adhere to this “rule of the house” and indeed the rule of

Village and all over the mountain.
